I have decided I am going to use this as my Contemplative journal. I can let out my thoughts, reactions, questions, etc.. Rather than keep it solely spiritual though - I would like to take a holistic approach. A contemplative relies on much more than certain prayers and scripture. In fact, the process of disappearing in the Light of Godness takes in the whole of one's experiences. All the layers, all the barriers, all the openings.

All those steps taken to get from here and there...they all count. Whether its about smelling the lilacs, eating a good meal, conversations with pets, kneeling and prostrating to Godness, it all counts.
